1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services & Project Scope
SofteeTech provides custom software engineering and digital services including but not limited to:

- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Integrations

- Creative Media, Brand Identity & Digital Marketing
Project scopes, milestones, timelines, and deliverables are specified in individualized project proposals and client agreements.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of agreed project payments, all custom source code, assets, and design deliverables created specifically for the client become the intellectual property of the client, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide necessary assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure agreed-upon delivery schedules are maintained.
5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
SofteeTech guarantees that all deliverables undergo comprehensive testing and quality assurance before deployment. In no event shall SofteeTech be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting failures, third-party API changes, or unauthorized modifications made by third parties.
6. Changes to Terms
SofteeTech reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
